Dr. Sarah Gilbert is a licensed clinical psychologist who began her training as an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. After college, Sarah attended graduate school at The University of Tennessee where she earned her masters and doctoral degrees and researched, treated, and wrote about integrated therapies for adults and couples. 

 

Sarah then moved to New York City and completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center, where she continued to work as an assistant professor and psychologist until moving full-time to private practice.
